About the Mental Illness Fellowship of the ACT (MIFACT)

Mental Illness Fellowship of the ACT (MIFACT) works in partnership with all organisations and stakeholders who provide services to people with a mental illness and who share our principles.

• our membership consists of families, friends 
• and people with a mental illness
• is governed by a Committee of Management
• is funded by the ACT government to provide a vocational rehabilitation program to people with a mental illness
• volunteers from among members and friends assist in projects and functions which benefit the whole mental health sector and work towards reducing stigma accociated with mental illness
